the hotel location worked fine.

the check in took forever and the front desk acted like they were doing me a favor. the room smelled of mold even with the ac running. the pillows felt damp, i really could not get comfortable.

The hotel room sparkled, very clean when i arrived. i found good customer service readily available. Staff members were quick to address any questions. the location allowed easy access to the metro station. It was a short walk. i appreciated the food, each meal was very delicious.

the bathroom lacked proper water drainage in the shower, inconvenient! the water pressure in the tap was very weak though.

The elevators require the room key card for every use which was a bit inconvenient

The location was quite convenient near the metro station. the room included a mini fridge, useful for storing drinks and snacks. the customer service was good. I found the staff helpful when i needed assistance. the room had a super clean appearance as i expected.

the guests next door were noisy and tried to open the connecting door. It was very disruptive. there was an unpleasant damp smell in the room. It was quite noticeable. the complimentary water bottle had an old date of june 29, even though i checked in on july 2.
